Software to Track GU Collections and Inventory

Can anyone recommend any low cost software to keep track of my collection.

Something that allows me to enter the acquisition date and cost, condition, etc.

I've been selling memorabilia full-time now for almost 10 years
and have used Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet to do all of my inventory
and accounting. It is amazingly simple yet efficient as long as you
know the basics.

I know some dealers who use Quickbooks to manage inventory,
create invoice and bill out but I don't find it necessary as I
don't sell hundreds of items per day.

I also use Excel Spreadsheet. You can set your columns to whatever you need. I don't sell so I have mines set to the following.

Player name
Date acquired
Cost
Bat company & Model
Bat description
Notes
