It will probably vary by team ... but I haven't heard anything yet.

Check your email. I sent you one yesterday.

Looks like the patches might have been attached with adhesive so they could be pulled off. Tim Hudson's flag clearly was coming off his jersey during the game. If they are, indeed, stuck on, I wouldn't get my hopes up of seeing them at auction. But, you never know.

Padres Wade LeBlanc looked like his patch was about to fall off as well.

FYI, here is a pic that is representative of the 9/11 jerseys and hats.

Same shot, different team: Mike Baxter in Sunday night's 9-11 game against the Cubs.

The patches were merely stuck on over the traditional logo. Freddy Garcia's was falling off during the game yesterday, and he actually took it off mid-game. I'm not sure if there are photos out there to show it, but by the 5th inning the flag patch was already removed from his jersey.

I agree. Classy move showing support and a little thumbing at the nose of MLB. Considering it was Torre's call according to an article I read and he was the Yankee skipper in 2001, I have to question why and what he was thinking.
