Was hoping some hockey experts could help date this maker's patch..It reads as follows (measures approx 1.5x2") The Professional's Choice Gerry Cosby Athletic Outfitters SCO 3 Pennsylvania Plaza Madison Square Garden, New York, N.Y. 10001..thanks in advance..Jay

Hi Jay,
If you scan the photo so I can see it, I will try to help.

Many of the Cosby tags on DropThePucks are from my personal NY Rangers Collection, which dates from the 50s to the present.

I can tell you without seeing a clear image that Cosby moved to 3 Penn Plaza in February 1968. So your tag cannot be earlier than 1968 ... but of course it could date much later.

On what item is your tag?
