Another cautionary tale for all--
When a seller posts something on the blog, do not assume that responding through the blog is enough. It was not for me. I jumped on a Chan Ho Park hat here (within 20 minutes) but didn't get it because the e-mail (for some reason) didn't go through. So cover your tail with redundancy. And even that doesn't always work.

Also, when you sell, be fair to the buyers by noting who responded first. Nothing like missing out on something you really wanted. We all know that feeling....
