    Mickey Scott; Relief Pitcher 1972-77 Passes

    Mickey Scott who appeared in 133 games in relief for the Orioles, Expos & Angels from 1972 to 1977 passed away yesterday from an apparent heart attack in NY state.

    Mr. Scott was a very good signer through the mail....

      He was great in person, too. I remember him signing for everyone at a Chicago hotel during the early 1970s, even when a pencilneck who didn't have a card of him offered to buy one from one of the hotel regulars while Scott was still signing it.
