The title and description says it is not game used, but the property tags and wash tags show heavy wear. What is going on here?

After looking at the seller's other auctions all of the baseball jerseys are the same PRO CUT/ TEAM ISSUED jerseys. There is also a blank jersey so it appears as if they are blanks that are customized

This is from masauction. I believe he is one on the 6 along with JO Sports suspected of sell fake gu jerseys.
