Not Tebow game used but wanted to know if the cut and tagging is correct?

The sleeves do not look cut to his specifications. They look like loose open holes with out any elastic.

I am not sure about what size he wears with the Broncos, but he wore a 44 while with the Gators. Jake is right too. The sleeves aren't right.
