    Dolphinboy scamming on ebay

    This is the item.

He bought it from me when I listed as just a game jersey in the Fans section on ebay. He thought he got a steal on used jersey and I still refunded his money even though I never listed as worn or issued. Now he relists as Issued knowing full well it is a fake. If anyone was looking, this is not an Issued jersey as I found out after my initial purchase. But to know full well and then list as Issued seems as fraudulant as anything JO or the others did. My guess is with as much as he sells, this isn't the first time!

It even looks as if he deliberately removed the fake Meigray tag as well.

any chance you still have pics from your original listing? Would like to see pics of the fake meigray tag if possible.

Yea, I got fed up with him and since I found out after I got it but before I sold it, it wasn't real, I just decided to leave it alone and not bother with the hassle. Some were saying only worth $15-20 so wasn't pressed in getting it back. The listing was months ago and do not think I have the photos anymore. I can check on my old computer (it may be on there) but the Meigray tag had a number someone on here looked up and came across as a different player's jersey. Maybe someone here who remembers informing me can chime in about how some of these came on the market?

BTW, he changed and took out Game Issued but STILL puts in there sold as game worn which it was not, so he is still misleading buyers by that statement and by putting it in game worn section. Also, why remove the tag if you have no idea what it is? I put a complaint in to ebay to see what they do but it is one thing to sell something not real when you think it is, but another to alter a jersey and then lie about it's origin.

he also has a crawford bat with a taped handle that id stay away from. i have never owned let alone seen a cc bat with a taped handle and a number on the knob drawn in sharpie. all the crawford rays bats ive had have had a stciker number not sharpie and crawford doesnt use taped handled bats in games. at best this is a batting practice bat.

Here is a link to the previous thread where Perlman had the trouble with Dophinboy's dispute. It has the link to the original auction as well:

Dolphinboy has been discussed many times over the years. It would be worth doing a search on his name.

My only question is what the MeiGray tag will end up on of his....

after you found out it was a bootleg/fake shirt you really should have kept it to wear...what did u really expect was to happen to a shirt with bootleg tags...that shirt had all the makings to be made to look worn and used and dumped on an novice buyer, maybe as a xmas gift from a g/f....

Again, he's at it. Bad tags on these Kobe shoes along with some other recent auctions of his. See below-

He's still at it. Sold him a baseball bat (not knowing who I was dealing with, obviously) and now I'm going through the whole "I didn't get it and I want my money back" process, before my bat will of course show up for sale in his account.

Ugh, I wish ebay would clean this up.
