Chargers AFL Era Sideline Jacket.

Beautiful jacket. The style of King O'Shea tagging is an early style. Most likely one of the oldest San Diego Chargers items a collector could get their hands on.

It shows good use with various repairs. No size shown however it is cut large to fit over over shoulder pads.

Next is a 1990's Starter Sideline Jacket which belonged to LB Dennis Gibson #57 during the Chargers 1994 Super Bowl season.

Gibson may not be a Hall of Fame player, yet he is one of the most remembered Chargers due to his game saving last second play during the AFC Championship game where he knocked down a pass from Steelers QB Neil O'Donnell.

The Jacket shows good use. The team recycled these jackets during the 1990's and unfortunately Gibson's nameplate was replaced. The outline from his nameplate is still shown, along with the outline where the 1994 NFL 75th anniversary patch was sewn on the sleeve.

Beautiful jacket, size XL, cut large to fit over shoulder pads. Awesome embroidery on the giant lightning bolts. Deep scoop pockets on the front.
