Lost or What? Terrence Long Jersey

Strange story. I won a Terrence Long Athletics jersey on eBay for $50. Seller, Meli8 said he shippied immediately via USPS and provided tracking no. That was in November. He said his secretary accidently dropped the package in a UPS container. That's the last I've heard of it. Seller is stil active, as of a month ago, but doies not respond to messages.

He seemed like really nice guy and I should have taken the money back when I could get it. I just thought it would turn up. What would you do?

I am assuming that you paid with PayPal, did you try to open a non-delivery dispute? As for droping off the package at UPS, they will forward the parcel to USPS.

Update -- Talked to the seller today about this lost jersey. He is a super-nice guy. He is refunding my money. No problem.
