See - if they would just legalize marijuana, this would not be a story and instead of busting a guy whose just trying to have a good time, the cops could concentrate on more important things.
Elijah should sign a contract with a California based team - if he would be stopped out there, all he'd have to do is pull out a prescription and he'd be good to go.
