    Predators goalie Pekka Rinne earned his 300th career goalie win in Thursday's 4-3 victory over San Jose. He is the 34th netminder NHL history to reach 300 career victories.

    It was mentioned during Friday night's Bulls/Mavericks game that Dirk Nowitzki is only the 2nd player in NBA history to play in at least 2,000 games with the same team. The first was Kobe Bryant.
