The Bulls' victory over the Wizards on Sunday has two notable results.
For starters, the victory ended the Bulls' 8-game losing streak.
The bigger deal, however, is that Washington's loss enabled the Milwaukee Bucks to become the first NBA team to clinch a playoff spot this season. This also sets a record for the earliest playoff berth clinching (2/23) since the current NBA playoff structure was established.

Over time, there have been MLB games postponed or cancelled for unique and crazy reasons. Here's one from the World War 2 era.
8/1/44
A doubleheader in Philadelphia with the Phillies hosting the Cubs was cancelled due to...here goes...a mass transit strike.
The strike was due to 9 black transit employees receiving promotions, followed by a few hundred white co-workers walking out.
The Phillies subsequently cancelled the twin-bill, citing the reason as potential civil unrest (the 1940s version of it.
While there were no actual riots, reports from news sources of the day mentioned a few dozen fistfights taking place all around Philly.
