    New MLB Helmets

I was wondering if anyone here noticed these new helmets I have pictured. Many players have started wearing them around the league. Anybody here know what they are called or where I can find more information on them? They look like a cross between the traditional helmet and the S100.

They work now, though I must confess, I don't know anything about these new helmets.

It's required new equipment. I know some of the minor league EM's were not happy having shelves full of the old ones they can no longer use and the new ones are a lot more expensive.

Brian, do you happen to know the name of the model helmet? Required for whom? I've only seen a handful of players wearing these, and I have seen some teams where not one player is wearing one. Thanks for the info provided.

Just found this link, and it should shed some light on them. Interesting, that Rawlings is not the manufacturer of these, and as I suspected they are more reinforced than the Coolflo and traditional Rawlings model helmets.
