1983 California Angels Warm Up Jersey questions

Does anyone else have any of these or any 1983 Angels gamers? A few questions - does this 1983 year tagging look correct? How about the numbers on the sleeve? The jersey seems to be a style match to a jersey worn by Reggie on his pictured 1983 Fleer card. The question is whether he could have still been wearing a size 42 in 1983. Any insights and commentary would be appreciated.

Reggie was wearing at least a 46 by then. This looks like another example of the tagged salesman's samples that exist on many of the teams/styles Wilson made for MLB teams in 1983.
