    Detail On Lampson LOA

Hey gang. I noticed something interesting in a Lou Lampson LOA listed on ebay.

Check it out. The LOA says that it has a Lampson LOA.

I have a Jason Giambi jersey Lampson LOA which has something similar.
    Strange.

People like Lou Lampson is what is wrong with this hobby "business". The way he authenticates is borderline fraud and anyone else doing something likewise in another type of business would be brought up on charges.

It amazes me that Mastro and other reputable auction houses would use this guy after all the crap that he has signed off that is in the market place. I have been working with Mastros for over a week on a item that is in their current auction and Mastros can't even get a hold of Lampson to find out specifics on the item that I question is legit.

What he is doing is no different than what Donald Fragapanni (sp) was doing when he was signing off on all the forged autographs and got busted in Operation Bullpen. The FBI should start taking a look at Lampson. I know that authenticators can make mistakes from time to time, but Lampson has taken it to another level.

It's hightime that Lou Lampson come out and speak about all the bad items with his name on them or auction houses take a stand and throw this guy to the curb.
