How about pre-selling an item before its worn?

Haha - saw that one too. I was more concerned with the fact they claim to be the company that handles the Rangers game used but then they have a Hamilton bat for nearly $5,000. You'd think the Rangers would take exception to a price like that because it's preposterous!

The prices are crazy. They wanted to pre-sell me a Plaxico jersey for $2500 and I don't even think he is signed yet! Prices even more crazy than JO!

From what i have heard here in New York the Jets have no interest in resigning him.

Alot of companies do that. JO used to, Mei Gray does as well not that unusual. The prices are beyond insane though.

Thanks Legal, that is what I heard so why I understand preselling not sure I get preselling a guy that hasn't signed. Hopefully their prices become more realistic. I get selling Tebow for $5k or more, but Eric Smith for $1200? M

For private autograph signings, it's not uncommon to Pre-sell the autographs-- as the athlete hasn't yet done the signing. But autographs is a different thing.
