Never before seen: 2004 Derek Jeter GI Jordan player exclusive cleat(s)

Here I have a pair of 2004 Jordan Jeter Jet Player Exclusive cleats for sale. What makes these different than his normal pairs is the materials. All of Jeter's on-field cleats featured a Nubuck upper and Nubuck toecap with a patent strip.

These cleats were made with a full grain leather upper, reflective tongue, patent strip, patent toe and Nubuck collar. These were a special make up. IF I were to assume, and taking into consideration the materials used, I would say they were made to be used in the 2004 World Series. Obviously, the Yanks didn't make it. If you know your footwear than you know that the elaborate use of materials were used for a special occasion. Nevertheless, these have never been seen outside of Jeter and Jordan Brand until now.

I searched Getty for cleat pics and found that throughout the '04 season and into '05 Spring Training he wore four different versions of the black cleat and one special make for the All Star Game. The differences in the black cleats are placement of the Jumpman and "2". The All Star is a different color all together.

Obviously, there is no Steiner COA as these never made it past Nike/Jordan headquarters in Oregon. These were sourced from my connection out of Oregon.

Asking $500 shipped. A deal considering the rarity and that Steiner charges three times that for ONE cleat. Here you get both sides.
