Lucky how? In the sense that they got a refund on a game used jersey they claimed to be fake or getting their money even tho the seller probably could prove in court that the jersey was game used and still got a refund.

yes this is the same jersey. the link to the video at the hobby website is no longer embedded on this page so this is better as the audio of the video is poor and their is a almost verbatim of the quotes from the video in the article.

It could very well be. However, I just read the story and didn't watch the video of it.
