2005 university of Tampa is the other missing year, no special helmet was worn for that game though. Those jerseys are awful though. NNOB, pinstripe jersey that looks like a generic retail jersey.

1999 they worn tampa tarpon vest, but wore regular devil rays black helmets for that game.

Don't forget the 2000 St. Petersburg Saints flannel TBTC uniforms. As I recall, there was a thread on the game-issued Jim Morris jersey from that style on the Forum a couple of years ago.
