As a purist, I hate the idea of ad patches on NBA uniforms. Of course, i also hated the idea of the Rawlings logo on MLB uniform sleeves 25 years ago, and, over time, I got used to uniform TV logos in all sports. I'll probably get used to this, eventually, as well.

I don't like the idea, but for basketball it could be another aid in photomatches.
