kaline '68 jersey

1968 Al Kaline road jersey currently listed in Legendary auction is the same jersey that sole in the 2006 REA auction, but does not indicate the letters from Kilpatrick or the LOA from Mears. Does anyone know this jersey or have and additional information? Why would Legendary not mention the added provenance.
