NFL Game Used Question

Do some players cut off the NFL Equipment Logo on the neck sometimes?
I was offered a jersey and saw this. I always thought players had this on the jersey all the time

Not sure if this helps at ALL but FWIW a player I got a game used glove from last season cut off the NFL logo on the glove.

I can think of at least 2 that I have owned without the NFL logos on the neck. They all were custom with a huge neck lines and all came from NFL Auctions. All defensive guys.
