brett bat
thoughts on this?
im thinking, at the asking price, considering that it's still available, there have to be some red flags:

i dont know baseball that well, but in reading the letter, it only seems to confirm that it's a pro stock model bat and not that it was necessarily used by brett. or is that standard psa/dna language?

Re: brett bat
The letter language is completely correct: This is a pro-stock model Brett bat. That means it has generic specs, not matching the bats Brett actually ordered for himself. This bat would be like a team-ordered bat, for anyone to use. If it were a pro model, one ordered by and sent to the player, the LOA would look like the one here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-1973...item257538e6a7
The write-up from the seller is, IMO, what's misleading, as he's trying to put this in Brett's hands, when it most certainly was not.
