Opinions on 1972 Angels Jersey
I picked up this jersey cheap today ($10). I am still learning the ropes in regards to game used and would appreciate any opinions on whether this is the real deal. I did a little research and found that Billy Cowan and Chris Coletta wore the number 14 for the angels in 1972. The tagging is SET 1, #8P, 1972. I'm not sure what 8P is for, so any help with that would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Randy

Cool shirt! What city do you live? Will you be going to your local thrift/vintage/Goodwill store everyday now?
Sure, this is real-deal Holyfield with the NOB removed! Nice!

I live in the Temecula, CA area. Thanks for the feedback - I guess you get lucky sometimes. This is my first MLB jersey of, hoperfully, many more.

Even with NOB removed, this is still a very tough style! Nice grab!!

Re: Opinions on 1972 Angels Jersey
One thing I do note on this jersey is that the "1" on front and back does not match the style appearing in MLB Style Guides for 1972.
