$5k for Pedro? That's a lot of change for a guy who saw less postseason action than the bat boys.

I guess the Glavine and Wright shirts were all cherry-picked... I wonder what they went for...
$5000 for the Pedro is remarkable, I agree. More power to them if they can get those prices, though.

Yep, kudos to Steiner if they sell. I wonder how much the Chavez went for. Cool shirt to pair with a photo of him making that superb catch in game 7.

Re: Mets game used jerseys from NLCS game 6-7
Reid - Good question. You are right, not on the list.
I just bought the Tucker jersey for a great client of mine. Thought that was a good price for someone who actually appeared in a pinstripe and did something positive ( 1 for 1 w/ a stolen base and run scored)!
The Delgado based on the series he had seems like a reasonable price. A lot of "walks" (3 of them) on that jersey (lol).

Re: Mets game used jerseys from NLCS game 6-7
Some really disappointing prices there... not only the eyesores like $5K for Pedro, but even the lesser players pricing out at $500... it's not like they won the series or anything. I could understand even $300, as these are a little more special than a regular season game jersey, but they are not exactly championship year jerseys, and not every player listed is a star.
I'll venture a guess that most of these will not sell, and they will appear in the near future on MLB or Steiner auctions...

Re: Mets game used jerseys from NLCS game 6-7
I emailed Bob to ask if they had any special tagging. In 86 and 88 the Mets put special PO tags in their jerseys. These jersey do not have any but do come w/ the Steiner letter.
It would have been nice to have the special tagging.
