    John Tsitouris, who played for the Tigers, Kansas City Athletics and Cincinnati Reds, died on October 22nd. While pitching for the Reds in 1964, he was the winning pitcher against the Philadelphia Phillies in 1964 that led to their epic collapse.

    Flip Saunders, Timberwolves coach who was taking the season off to battle cancer, died today at age 60. The official cause of death was Hodgkins Lymphoma.

    Saunders won an inpressive 654 games during his coaching career, which also includes time with the Pistons and Wizards.

    Mel Daniels, a Basketball HoFer who helped the Indiana Pacers to three ABA Championships, died Saturday at age 71.

    His #34 was retired by the Pacers back in 1985. He won 2 MVP awards with the Pacers (1968-69 and 1970-71) and was the ABA Rookie of the Year with the Minnesota Muskies in 1967-68. He also spent time with Memphis in the ABA and the Nets in the NBA.

    Former All Star outfielder Norm Siebern, who had a distinguished career that went from 1956 to 1968 (played with the Yankees, Kansas City A's, Baltimore, San Francisco, California & Boston), passed away on 10/30 at the age of 82..

    Eddie Milner, a CF who was in the Show from 1980-88, died November 2 at age 60.

    Except for 1987 (when he was a Giant), Milner spent his entire MLB career with the Reds.

    Carlos Diaz, a pitcher who played with the Atlanta Braves, New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers from 1982 to 1986, died on September 28

    Agreed. Hanson died from catastrophic organ failure which put him in a coma. He played in the Majors from 2009-12 with the Braves and 2013 with the Angels.

    Charles "Charlie" Donovan, the Gatorade Illinois baseball player of the year in 2015 and a Michigan recruit, died November 5th.

    He was committed to Michigan to play SS and was only 18 years old. So sad
