Framing Game Jersey?
I have this Biggio gamer and I was planning on getting it signed an framed. It is my only game jersey so I am not sure if it is better to get it framed or not.
Also, I have these tickets from his 3000 hit game (my tickets when I went to the game not just random ones I bought after the fact) and I was planning on getting them signed and framing them with the jersey.
Opinions?

Everyone is going to say its up to you...people have different preferences. I personally do not frame game jerseys because then you lose half of the jersey to enjoy. I would rather have them on a mannequin for example.

Re: Framing Game Jersey?
Framing the jersey is entirely up to you. The one nice thing that I have seen on some collectors walls who choose to frame up a jersey is a shadow box frame piece. The piece has a hinged glass door and a built in hanger so that collectors can change the jersey for another one or change the front to the back.
The ones I have seen show really nice. It's another option for you. A lot of guys will stay away from truly framing a jersey too because of the potential damage that can be done to the jersey in the framing process.
I'm sure others will chime in here soon enough, but the shadow box hanger frame always has seemed like a good option. I have not purchased one nor used one to this day...but I have seen them and they seems real nice and practical.

Where would I find a mannequin?
Wade, that is not a bad idea. Do you know where I can view some pics of these?

Nevermind, I found some. It is a cool idea but the box seems bigger than a regular frame and would be hard to hang up on a wall it seems.

Re: Framing Game Jersey?
I like to frame my better jerseys in a shadowbox so that I can add a signed photo, cards, bat, etc. For the cheaper jerseys I use a mannequin torso.
