New User looking for an Authenticity Opinion

I found this Game used Brett Gardner Scanton Yankees Jersey on ebay. The Jersey has brown stains on the front which the Seller states is from Chocolate. The jersey includes a letter from William Steiner who is said to be the accountant on the Scranton Yankees. If I could please get a couple opinions of the jersey's authenticity.

Not sure about the letter, but he wore this style in 2008. Photo is from April 1, 2008.
