Alex Rodriguez Game Used Batting Gloves, LAA & NYY, July 15, 2012. Arod hit a 2-Run HR in the 1st inning, which was his career HR #643 off Jared Weaver. Authenticated by MLB.

Question for you: Were the gloves authenticated to that first inning HR? Or were they authenticated as used in that particular game? Have you photomatched them? I couldn't make out the authentication number in the image you provided, nor could I see a clear photomatch. The reason why I'm wondering is if A-Rod used multiple pairs of gloves in the same game, or if yours are tied to that particular achievement?

I picked up an '02 Pujols LVS. I'm assuming you bought the '03 Sam Bat?
