who do i contact for credit card issues from purchases?

I've had a card expire and it didn't work so I believe I received an email about needing to update my info to complete purchase. I'm not sure if I was sent a specific link or was just routed to my profile but updating card info is fairly easy on there. Otherwise, I think there is a MLB auctions contact page:

Have you tried logging on, going to your (i.e., My Auction Account) Account, and clicking on "Update my Credit Card Information"?
