Re: mlb auctions
I've had a card expire and it didn't work so I believe I received an email about needing to update my info to complete purchase. I'm not sure if I was sent a specific link or was just routed to my profile but updating card info is fairly easy on there. Otherwise, I think there is a MLB auctions contact page:

Re: mlb auctions
Have you tried to contact the team who had the item up for auction?

Re: mlb auctions
I 'misunderstood' the/your question/problem/issue. There are 2 possibilities. First, I would try contacting the Team (in question) through team's MLB Auction site. Second, I would contact the MLB Auction site directly by calling them directly (and speak to/with a 'real' person). Their telephone contact information is on their website. Good luck.

Re: mlb auctions
I've also had that happen twice with different team items. All it took was asking the person with the team that handles GU or the MLB auctions and they made sure things were fixed.
