Does the description on the Steiner LOA look off, and a different font than the rest of the LOA?

Correct, avoid this one. It's likely added to the letter and that format on the description is not how Steiner would have laid it out.
Check closed listings on Legendary and you'll see this one and another '07 home that is legit. The holos are different too.

If I recall correctly from previous posts, the Steiner LOA should have the yellow bar atop the letter go across the full top of the page, not stop short on the edges.

I'm surprised Steiner has not weighed in to say it is NOT one of theirs. I would think they would want to keep some kind of integrity of their items.
