the only similar one i found was this one that was used in 05 but theyre a different color

Without researching, it could possibly be for a 2009 game against the Dodgers (50th anniversary of the 1959 World Series)

They used these on June 25, 2009 against the Dodgers. I have the Thome jersey from this game.
