Pepitone jersey on ebay
Calling all Yankee/flannel jersey experts... What is your opinion on this jersey? I was under the impression that Spalding supplied NYY jerseys in the 60's. I have a pair of Pepi home GU pants from '69 and they are Spalding. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Spalding was the supplier of nearly all home Yankee uniforms of the 1960s, but Wilson was responsible for most of the road greys. (MacGregor made a few, too). That said, something looks odd about the number font on the back. making me think a restoration is possible. B&E is honest, but sometimes their analysis of their merchandise leaves a bit to be desired.
