Tony Taylor GU from 2007. Sean Bailey GU 2005. and Dewberry from 2009. all of these Gamers do not have raised bones. I am not aware of the bones ever being raised to that thickness or shine.

No. I have purchased and traded witha guy who does. I have a few of these that i got from him. He recieved them from the players themselves.
