Will have to find completed auction prices. They said it is first 71-72 Championship ring from that great team to hit the market. That had to bring big big $$$. Same with his warm up. Those gold shoes were cool and award stuff. Wonder what bowling ball and bowling shoes got. Funny seeing those in it.

You have to create an account to view the final auction prices but if I remember correctly Baylor's '72 championship ring went for $132K, the warm up went for 20K, and his NBA 50th Anniversary all-time team ring went for 60K I believe. I think all prices included the buyers premium.

That NBA 50 Greatest Players ring is an unbelievable piece. A few top 50 rings have surfaced in major auctions recently. They were presented in wooden boxes with the laser-etched glass tops, which are beautiful and collectible in and of themselves.
Always looking for top NBA game worn items of superstar and Hall-of-Fame-caliber players (especially Kobe, LeBron, MJ, Curry and Durant). Also looking for game worn items of all players from special events (e.g., All Star Game, NBA Finals, milestone games, etc.). Please contact me at gameusedequip2@hotmail.com. Thank you.
