Psa 9 grade has pujols,MLB coa etc signed and inscribed

I wouldn't base my value on that 9 grade. PSA grading has issues when it comes to Pujols mostly with consistency on his newer bats. One just sold on eBay for 1500. His values are down right now and will stay that way till he heats up and gets closer to #500.
