Looking for some insight on this Rawlings Helmet.

Was it an adult model (high school/college/etc)?

What do the markings represent (HC) (12-75)

According to the 1975 Rawlings catalog the HC model is a professional, adult model with leather covered, foam padded interior, while the HC 20 and HC 30 models are youth helmets with vinyl (dipped), foam padded interiors. The 12 is the month of manufacture and the 75 is the year (1975). Great helmet BTW.
