2005 Cowboys gamers

Does anyone have specifics on what tagging to look for on 2005 Dallas Cowboys game used/worn jerseys? Also, whether or not the jerseys bear a microchip and serial number issued by the Dallas Cowboys?

I ask because there is a Demarcus Ware jersey offered by a seller on the 'bay (dallascowboysgameusedjerseys) that has stated this in his auctions. Anyone have information as to whether or not this guy is legit?

I would also like to know what the Provagroup team authentication system is that you see some Cowboys game jerseys have. Sounds like a good security system. I know a few doublestars on ebay said they were tagged like that. Not sure if every gamer has this is our when they went with it.

I see they work with the Bears as well and even have two game used orange Bears jerseys left. I've never seen one for sale before. Did they get other Bears orange gamers? any idea what Urlacher was sold for?

Well, I called the Prova Group to get the info. on what they do with the Cowboys. Apparently they do authenticate for the teams. What they do is certify that it is a game-issued jersey or a game-worn/used jersey. The game-issued ones are, obviously, not worn or used in an official NFL game, but it was issued to the player. Be careful with this!
