Are these legit game issued San Diego Chargers jerseys?

As a Cowboys fan, I am no expert on the correct spec of Chargers game jerseys. I have been offered these two jerseys. Do these Rivers and Merriman jerseys look the correct spec for being game issued jerseys for these players? Size, cut, etc? Any advice would be much appreciated. Sorry about the poor photo's. They are all I have to go on.

The stitching through the size tag looks odd to me. Also, it was just one game. Why would they have home and road jerseys made up for that game? They wore white that day, by the way.

It's entirely possible that these were made up by the team. Not sure if they were actually made for game use or just extra jerseys for fundraising etc.

Where did the seller say they came from?

Eric you're right these were most likely made up by chargers. They sell a lot of issued/pro-cut player jerseys made up by the team. I've seen a ton of Nike issued stuff they made up as well.

Oh and I forgot to add the stuff they make up is sometimes different style cut and size worn by player, but then some are accurate. They are weird with doing that and I guess they think customers want different cuts that fit them better.

Thanks for the info guys. I live over in the United Kingdom and was at that game at Wembley Stadium back in 2008. Great game! Maybe one day my beloved Dallas Cowboys will come over here to play in an International Series game, but it's unlikely they will as Jerry will never give up a home game and they generate so much revenue at away games in the States too due to the massive fan base.

The person who offered me them got them from a contact at Reebok UK a long time ago, who said they were made for use in the games. They could have been for promo use too, seeing as the Reebok contact had some jerseys in both team colors even though the Saints wore black and the Chargers wore white.
