Are these legit game issued New Orleans Saints jerseys?

As a Cowboys fan, I am no expert on the correct spec of Saints game jerseys. I have been offered these two jerseys. Do these Colston and Brees jerseys look the correct spec for being game issued jerseys for these players? Size, cut, etc? Any advice would be much appreciated. Sorry about the poor photo's. They are all I have to go on.
