Re: Mlb Authentication Website
Hi marino13,
I purchased a ball directly from the Cincinnati Reds with hologram# EK803759. It was listed on MLB auctions and the baseball's case as Matt Carpenter's 46th double of 2013, hit on 9/4/2013. If you check the number, you'll find that they accidentally listed it as Chris Carpenter's double. I don't think they need screenshots for this one. Chris Carpenter hasn't played all season. Simple mistake, but I'd really like to get it corrected for my own peace of mind. Can you assist?
Best,
Jennifer

Re: Mlb Authentication Website
I do appreciate you emailing them, but what actually got it done was my phone call on Monday. After receiving numerous emails that they were looking into the matter and would get back to me in 1-2 days (approximately 6 of those emails in 7 weeks), I finally called. After I called last Friday, they pushed the matter up to the next higher level. I got a call on Monday from MLB asking me what I was trying to do (the whole time, they thought I was wanting to get something authenticated). I explained everything in detail and they guy I talked to said he would ensure it happened. Talked to him on Monday. Corrected Wednesday.
But I do appreciate you taking the time to help.Regards, Tony
