Re: "Man charged with stealing Napoli’s glove after pennant clincher"
Similar thing happened to Ellsbury a few years ago. Except the guy actually got it out of Yankee Stadium (road trip) and the guy was caught trying to sell it. He got it back. What a scumbag.

Same thing happened in Milwaukee to Francisco Cordero back in 2007. Guy made it all the way into the clubhouse, retrieved the glove from Cordero's locker and was stopped trying to exit the stadium. His disguise? Full baseball playing attire. I don't believe this story was ever distributed to the masses.

I was just thinking, if somehow the Red Sox lose the WS and Napoli has a Buckner-like error, the media will run wild with this story. This guy will be even more disliked by the masses than Steve Bartman. Bartman at least make his mistake in a reaction, this guy had a premeditated plan of action.
