What would you do if your child used a marker on your GU NFL Jersey?
Hey Guys,
I ran across this eBay auction of a Game used Ricky Williams Dolphins Jersey. A child got a hold of a sharpie and wrote all over it. What would you do? and don't lie. Does it still have any kind of value? Who would want to purchase it like this?

If you are stupid enough to leave a jersey where a child can get to it then it's as much your fault as the child's. Especially if the child is very young and doesn't know any better.
I am always amazed at parents who somehow believe that little children are born with adult minds and get upset when the children act like children.

Not sure if this would work, but it might be worth a shot. I am a grade school teacher. First day of school, I wrote with permanent marker on a dry erase board. I was so nervous that I messed things up permanently. Then one of the older teachers taught me a trick. Write over the permanent marker with dry erase marker. Then erase it. The dry erase marker can apparently remove the permanent marker. Has worked for me on several occasions. One caveat: I have never tried it on clothes. So experiment first if you are going to attempt this "trick."

I know of several people in the game worn hockey community who could remove all that with no problem.

Most of it's on the white...so just bleach it out?
As far as the ink on the colored areas...no clue.
