Nobody has anything to say about the news it reported about Goldin Auctions?... I am surprised no one has chimed in....

    Re: Halls of Shame Article

I just read the article for the first time. I really do not see what the big deal is. Seems like an overreaction to me. I think the wording can be taken either way.

It's "Hauls of Shame" not "Halls of Shame" and their web site is a one sided attacking site that is part slander, part vendettas.

Peter J Nash AKA Pete Nice of the hip hop group 3rd Bass. The only good thing that came from that group was MC Serch

Commencing in 2007 and concluding in 2009, Nash was involved in litigation with an auction house relating to the authenticity of baseball memorabilia he consigned for sale. When deposed under oath, Nash invoked the Fifth Amendment dozens of times in response to questions about the origins of specific pieces of memorabilia. The court found in favor of the auction house, and Nash signed a court order in which he admitted to having committed fraud.

Plus how do we know the one sold in 1994 isn't the same one?

This article is not interesting to me at all.
