Are these game used?

I bought them on ebay as game used. The seller purchased them from one of Eric's business partners - this was confirmed by Eric when he told a friend of mine (well, more of an acquaintance) who actually works for Eric at Redsfest each year that all the items were his. The seller sold trophy's, jerseys and tons of other stuff.

The orange appears to have the most use. The other two are a little ruffled in spots. Display nicely. From most of the wristbands I've seen they dont show a lot of dirt or wear to them even if they were worn.
