    Re: Question(s) of the day.

Dan, help yourself. There was a guy(girl) that sold a bunch of Draper Maynard stuff, I think his(her) ebay name was 1892store or something like that. They were from Kansas.

Vintage Sports Equipment and Memorabilia (pre 1930 mostly) – My site:

    http://www.geocities.com/vintagesportscollector/

Best deal – Columbus Flea Market in Columbus, NJ – 38” 19th century ring bat for $2.

Holy grail – Would have to be one of my uniforms, but I have a hard time picking one. But would have to say the c.1902 full collar with a pretty awesome Spalding tag (I just love that jersey).

Time machine – I too would love go back in time to the TOC to stroll through a sporting goods store back then and pick up some mint equipment. Would also love to watch the Baltimore Orioles of the 1890s play and also Hughie Jennings while with Baltimore or Detroit.

Clint – I too would like to borrow those pics as wallpaper.

If you hadn’t see the photos I posted a while back from the National Pastime store in Cooperstown you may want to check these out…cool store!!

Clint, your photos reminded me of this Mastro Catalog from last year.

Best recent deal...68$ for a A.L. (Coleman) Mcgwire Signed Baseball. Clean, White, Perfect Screening & Signature. Probably a 1987 Auto. Pretty good deal considering the popularity of Ebay!

Holy Grail....Hmmm? I`d say I like my 1998, Heavily Used, Unbroken Vlad. Guerrero Sam Bat. It`s 35" long & Boldly Signed. Outstanding use Characteristics, Great Provenance too.

Even though I`m a W.C. guy, I`d like to see the Early Boston/Yankees games...

    Happy New Year,
    Sean
