Re: Possible shell bidding
I was the 2nd place bidder on the Shockey helmet this AM
It seems most of these Giants are going from the upper $200s to low $400s which, like you stated is really not that bad. I have also noticed the excessive amount of bid on many of this sellers auctions. Does anyone know who this seller is and how he is acquiring all of these gamers?

Re: Possible shell bidding
I lost a few items too, last second bids....so again I doubt it's shill bidding.
The seller also accepted my offer on the Sehorn cleats for about half of what he wanted, shipped quick and was great when it came to holding on a few days for payment.
Have a hard time thinking those were shill bids, and he never offered me any of the items I lost too. Especially when I already had a transaction with him, not one second chance of mention of "oh the high bidder on that never paid".

Re: Possible shell bidding
For some reason this thread reminds me of this. A guy selling custom Giants helmets a couple years ago now. You never know when stuff gets thrown into the ring that is meant as an innocent hobby.
