Speak with a high end dry cleaner in your city. I have had good results with a local, knowledgable cleaner.

I asked the same thing last year on another site and below is the link. Autographs on numbers are very difficult to remove. I'm not even sure most dry cleaners are capable of it. You have to be very careful not to damage the number. I had great results with Matt Megonnell/Chorske 17 who removed two autographs from numbers on two separate jerseys for me and would highly recommend him.
